We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Primary Market Research (PMR) Project Lead. In this role, you will lead our PMR division and be responsible for delivering high-quality market research solutions to our clients in the life sciences sector. This is a client-facing role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the PMR division to deliver insights-driven market research solutions to Life Sciences clients.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our PMR offerings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and providing customized research solutions to meet their needs.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from proposal development and study design to data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of research deliverables by adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and innovate our service offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to support business development initiatives and drive revenue growth.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members to foster a culture of excellence and professional development.
Contribute to growing Pando’s global HCP panel
Requirements:
Minimum of 6-8 years of Experience in the Life Sciences industry
Proven track record of success in leading and managing market research projects from conception to completion.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team building, talent development, and driving results.
Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Experience in a successful startup or similar fast paced environment.
